muesli






ingredients
500g jumbo oats, 200g rye or barley flakes.
100g = cup each: chopped brazil, almond & walnuts

flaked almonds, chopped assorted nuts

  • bake @170 for 7 minutes, toss around, then bake another 7 minutes.
  • cool
  • add:
chopped dates (soft ones) and raisins

Mix with soya milk and leave to absorb for 30mins, or better 24 hours for a creamy dish, in the fridge.
