blitz 4 deseeded red chillies, 4 fat cloves garlic, plenty fresh chopped coriander or 2 tsp ground coriander, juice & zest of one lemon, extra virgin olive oilsalad - iceburg lettuce and chopped tomatoes tossed in mayonnaise
- marinade the chicken breast chunks in the harissa ingredients
- sauté till charred and cooked, or bake pieces for 20 minutes
- grill or griddle the pitta breads
- slice and stuff with the salad, topping with the chicken pieces
- squeeze lemon over the top
